Sweet Home Private Sound Bath

Service Description

Join me for this private sound bath at the Sweet Home Senior Center. Sound baths are a great opportunity to return to center, release stress and anxiety, and bring in clarity and wholeness. With our busy lives, this provides a moment to breathe and return to the body. We will begin with a short guided mediation, about 40 minutes of frequency and sensory instruments infused with Reiki, and ending with a short time for reflection. This floor is tiled so bring a mat, blanket, and pillow for comfort. This session is by donation - Venmo or cash.
