I will guide you into a relaxed state where we are able to access the subconscious mind to uncover and release trapped emotions, attachments, patterns, traumas, and karmic imprints. You are the one guiding your own inner healing while I move the stuck energy out of the body.
Whether you're looking to release trauma, release limiting beliefs, support spiritual growth, emotional weight, release attachments, seek clarity, or on a healing journey, these sessions offer a profound release where your higher self will provide you with the exact experience you are needing in that moment.
Allow for 2-3 hours as I hold space for you prior and after session. This is an opportunity to bring forth anything that weighs you down and to allow it to be seen and transmuted in the healing session. Anything discussed in this time is completely confidential and without judgement. You are safe to let go here.

This session is for those feeling stuck or lost and need help working through blocks. I will be a mirror for inner transformation, guidance, spiritual counseling, or simply just provide a safe space to release stored emotion AND/OR energy. I will provide a safe container and call in your Higher Self to help guide this session for your highest good, and give you grounding action steps to work towards removing and overcoming energetic blocks.
My advice and guidance is through my own journey and inner awareness combined with your Higher Self connection and does not replace or substitute real medical/mental advice where needed.
